Sales and cancellation terms

Payment

Online payment is the preferred method: it confirms your booking immediately. Payment by bank transfer or at the office remains possible; it must then be made within 7 days of booking. After this period, the basket is cancelled and the seats are released for sale.

Cancellation

Seats may be cancelled at any time, releasing them for other participants. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the date of the event are refunded, subject to a cancellation fee of CHF 5.– per ticket. After this deadline, cancelled tickets are no longer refunded.
